YOUTH SIGNAL

Youth Signal is a cultural exchange project connecting youth in Vardø (NO) and Taitung (TW), using analog radio. Mentored by amateur radio enthusiasts, students use simple radio communication as a low-tech "penpal" method to share stories and build resilience. The project encourages fun, connectivity and cultural exchange between the two strategically and geopolitically significant island and coastal communities in the Arctic and the tropics.
